How do I find the training course I’m looking for?

Searching for a course is easy; you can search by course subject, course vendor or simply type in the course you are looking for into the search box.

How do I book a course?

To book a course you can complete and submit the online booking form and a member of our team will contact you within 2 hours to discuss your booking. Alternatively, you can call us on 0845 519 7305 or email us training@searchacourse.com to make your booking.

Who is the training provider?

SearchaCourse partners with a number of the UK’s leading training providers to ensure you receive the very best training. Once we receive your provisional booking we will inform you of the training provider.

Can I book a private trainer?

Yes, as well as providing all the scheduled courses on SearchaCourse we can also supply private trainers for you. Please call us on 0845 519 7305 to speak to one of our training team.

I’ve seen a course that is suitable, can you run this onsite or at a venue of my choice?

Yes, we are able to arrange a closed course at your premises or a venue of your choice for many of the courses listed on SearchaCourse. Please call us on 0845 519 7305 to speak to one of our training team.

When do I receive details about my training course and my course joining instructions?

Once you have confirmed your booking and made payment we will send you booking confirmation summarising the details of your booking by email. Full course joining instructions will be emailed to you approximately 14 days before the start of your course.

When do I need to pay for my training course?

To confirm your place on a course payment needs to be made at the time of booking in full. If your company is paying for the training course then an invoice can be raised with 14 days payment terms.

How can I pay for my training course?

SearchaCourse accepts payment by the following means:

Electronic Payment (BACS)

Debit Card (Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, Maestro) – 3% charge

Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa)  - 3% charge

What if I want to cancel or transfer my training course?
If you wish to cancel or transfer your course then you will need to provide 4 weeks notice to avoid any charges.  Any cancellations less than 4 weeks will incur 100% cancellation charge.  We need to receive cancellation or transfers in writing via email training@searchacourse.com

We can accept replacement delegates who can attend in your place.  This will incur a small admin fee of £25.

Do you comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)?

Yes we do.  We have been passed as PCI Compliant by Trustwave who are PayPal’s approved PCI Compliance partner.  Further details can be provided upon request.
